Induction Sealing Process:

Application: The liner is inserted into the cap before closure. When the cap is screwed onto the container, the foil layer faces the container's mouth, ensuring that it will come into contact with the container's sealing surface.

Induction Heating: To activate the seal, the capped container passes through an induction sealing machine. This machine generates electromagnetic waves, which induce currents in the aluminum foil layer of the liner.

Heat Generation: The induced current in the foil layer creates localized heat due to resistance, melting the heat-activated adhesive or wax coating.

Bond Formation: As the adhesive or wax melts, it flows onto the container's sealing surface, creating a hermetic and tamper-evident seal between the liner and the container.
