Tape Retention Testing Machine Equipment summary:

Normal temperature tape retention tester performs static load test on the adhesive force of tape, and automatically records the time that the tape can be maintained under a certain load to confirm the timeliness of the tape adhesion. Cut a 1-inch wide strip of tape and stick it on the specified SUS#304 stainless steel plate. The 2kg standard roller rolls back and forth three times at a speed of 300mm per minute. The steel plate is hung on the tester and the specified weight is added. When the tape falls off the steel plate, the timer will automatically retain the test time to evaluate the durability of the tape adhesion.

Tape Retention Testing Machine Operation method steps:
1. Place the testing machine on a solid tabletop and keep the machine in a horizontal state;
2. Press the RESET button of the timer to reset it to zero;
3. Take a certain length of tape to be tested and place it on the attached test piece. The test piece is made of #304 mirror steel plate, and then wipe it clean with steel plate cleaner. Use HZ-2403A/B roller machine to roll the tape to make the tape evenly adhere to the test piece (usually 1"×1"). Prepare ten groups of test pieces using this method;

4. Hang the 5 sets of adhesive sheets with the tape on them (leave them for 20 minutes after bonding) on the hooks in the testing machine;
5. Take 5 weights and hang them on the connecting piece under the tape on the test piece. While hanging, the timer switch automatically starts timing, and the power supply of each timer is independent;
6. When the tape falls off, the timing will automatically stop and the tested time will be retained, and the sticking time or sliding displacement of the tape will be read;

7. Before each test, be sure to reset the timer to zero.

Tape Retention Testing Machine Notice:
1. The machine should be kept level and stable.
2. After testing and testing, the steel plate must be cleaned and wiped clean.
3. The tape should be adhered smoothly and evenly to the test piece to avoid affecting the test accuracy.
