Core composition:

Diamond abrasive: artificial or natural diamond particles, providing ultra-high hardness and wear resistance (Mohs hardness 10).

Resin binder: commonly used phenolic resin, polyimide (PI), epoxy resin, etc., which give the grinding wheel elasticity and facilitate heat dissipation.

Filler: aluminum powder, used to adjust the strength, thermal conductivity or wear resistance of the binder.
