The wet compressive strength of the sand sample is too low, which directly affects the strength of the produced sand mold. If the compactness of the sand mold is also low at the same time, the problem becomes even more serious. Insufficient strength of sand molds can cause sand hole defects such as sand flushing and falling off, as well as sand expansion, which can affect the dimensional accuracy of castings.
The problem of high green compressive strength of molding sand is mainly due to poor collapsibility, and large sand blocks are difficult to break when sand falls. The flowability of molding sand deteriorates, affecting the compactness of the sand mold and increasing the tendency for cracks in castings. The main cause of high strength of molding sand is the excessive amount of effective bentonite contained. This poses many difficulties for sand mixing, requiring strong and sufficient mixing time to achieve uniformity, otherwise sand beans are easily formed due to the segregation of the mixed bentonite. 1. Manual loading

It is better to use the SAC prototype equipped with a special opening and closing punch tube with a support plate for sample preparation, which is directly placed on the vertical loading platform to avoid damage to the sand sample during operation and affect the test results;
When conducting strength and compression tests (such as resin sand specimens), no other high-pressure accessories or pressure equipment are required.
2. Cross head fixture mechanism
This instrument uses a crosshead displacement adjuster, which facilitates the placement of test samples and reduces idle time. The application of the crosshead fixture system not only improves testing accuracy but also makes operation very convenient.
3. High precision
This instrument adopts CNC mechanical loading, which avoids measurement errors caused by changes in hydraulic oil viscosity due to leakage and temperature difference caused by hydraulic loading.
