Application Overview
The puffed rice bar production line is a comprehensive system

crisp rice extruder, sugar boiler, mixer, puffed rice bar
flattening and cutting machine, cooling conveyor, and packaging
machine.
This production line is widely used for manufacturing various snack
bars including puffed rice bars, puffed cereal bars, crisp rice
candy bars, cereal bars, and granola bars.
Working Principle
The puffed rice bar making process begins with rice expansion in
the puffing machine. The expanded rice is then thoroughly mixed
with cooked syrup in the mixer, transported to the forming machine
via feeding equipment, shaped into the desired form, cooled, and
finally transported to the packaging machine for finished product
output.
