Double-suction industrial boiler fans have a large flow and are widely used in large factories. The induced draft fan adopts a double-sided short-term, double-support structure. The entire fan is composed of a rotor group, a casing, an air inlet, an air inlet box, an adjusting damper, a transmission group, a sliding bearing, a turning gear and a forced lubrication system.

Fan Type
The fan shall be of the single-inlet centrifugal type with the backward curved steel wheel. The drive types shall be direct, coupling or belt.
Standards and Codes
The design and manufacturing of the fan shall comply with JB/T 10563-2006 Technical Specification for General Purposes Centrifugal Fans; The wheel dynamic balancing test shall comply with JB/T 9101-1999 Fan Rotor Balance; The wheel overspeed test shall comply with JB/T 6445-2005 Overspeed Test for Industrial Fan Impeller; The air performance test shall comply with JB/T AMCA 210-99 Laboratory Methods of Testing Fans for Aerodynamic Performance Rating. The welding technique shall comply with JB/T 10213-2000 Technical Specification for Fan Welding Inspection; The fan safety shall comply with GB/T 19074-2003 Industrial fans--Mechanical safety of fans--Guarding.

A: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, inlet temperature, local voltage and frequency, Altitude etc.If there is flammable and explosive gas, or big dust loading in the medium, please also inform the designer.
