ZST-5565CL is standard automatic vertical L bar sealer which is widely used in the packaging assembly line of mass production with high efficiency.

L sealing bar is made by vertical up and down driving system. The surface of sealing is even. What’s more, the vertical sealing can avoid the crease and messy sealing line to achieve the perfect sealing effect, while allow for the sealing line to be in the center of the package.

Controlled via advanced PLC controller and HMI, the sealing system can give the continuous and smooth sealing order without replacement.

Variable infeed and ourfeed conveyor speed make the machine ideal for both manual and automatic feeding. Using original Omron digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate and we can be arbitrarily set. Meanwhile, avoid to hurt the product for imprecise temperature. Two sets of horizontal sensors automatically compensate for item length change, meanwhile vertical sensors prevent from accidental cutting.

This shrink bundler wraps of boxes, photo frames, books, brochures, laundry etc.
