Yes, we are a factory in China ZheJiang province.

2. What is the MOQ?

200 sqm.

3. What Is the production and delivery time?

Most of the products are always in stock in our warehouse.Generally, we need 3-5 days to prepare. Regarding the non-stick products the lead time is 20 days, which depends on your requirements of the products.

4. What is your payment term?

We accept 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance.

5. How is the cost for the sample?

The sample are free, but we need you to pay the freight.

6. Can I customize the products?

Yes, you can. You can provide your detailed requirement to our factory to make your product.

7. Do I need to make a mould in your factory before making special customized products?

You can communicate with sales manager for details.

5. Shipping: by sea, by air, by express... ect. EXW , FOB , CIF , CNF all available.

6. Production time: 7 workdays for 1x20GP order.

7. We will prepare documents for the customs clearence before container arrives.

Q: What's the MOQ for the first tim purchasing?

If make logo and brand package, MOQ is 1000 sets; If there is no need for brand logo and package, MOQ is 100 ctns per size.

Q: What will be the delivery time?

Normally is 30-40 days after order confirmed by both parties.

Q: Before purchasing, how can we get to know the quality?

We can send sample to you to check. Also cusomer can appoint some agent to inspect the mass production quality in our factory to make sure the quality.

Q: What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?

All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing, the chance to get defective slide is very rare. If there are some quality problems, such as finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos and show to us proof, also please show us the carton imge to locate the quality supervisor. After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods
