In order to facilitate the transportation of broccoli, it is added
with ice and then cooled with water. This not only protects the
transportation of broccoli, but also ensures its freshness.
Manual ice injector machine is a traditional ice injection
equipment used for broccoli preservation. The equipment is divided
into two parts, one is a manual rotary platform, and the other is
an ice water mixer. In addition, our company can also provide flake
ice machines for customers. The flake ice produced by the flake ice
machine is transported to the mixer, and the ice and water are
mixed together after stirring. The mixer is connected to the hose,
and the worker holds the hose to the specially set holes in the
carton. The ice-water mixture enters the box through the hose, and
the water flows out from each hole in the carton, while the crushed
ice stays in the carton to keep the broccoli fresh. The platform
can be rotated manually. When the workers finish making ice on one
side of the carton, the platform should be rotated manually. After
the platform rotates for one side, the workers complete the
ice-making requirements of all cartons.
