A2: For new products, the sample delivery time is 20~25 working days, and the bulk delivery time is 20~30 working days after payment. It depends on the quantity. If we have stock, it can be shipped within 3 days once the order is confirmed. Q3. Can we get your free sample? A3: 1). For stock products, free samples, but you have to pay for express delivery. 2). For new products or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we get pretty good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will provide your confirmation before the samples go out.
