This project is specially suitable for hard wheat. With flow scale,the feeding speed of milling machine can be easily controlled,and easy to calculate the flour output rate. Wheat milling process section All machines adopts domestic equipment, mainly including: 1)16 sets FMFQ10×2 pulverizers 2)7 sets FSFG6×24 high square sieves 3)5 sets FQFD59×2×3 purifiers 4)2 sets FFPD45×2 horizontal bran punching machines 5)3 sets FFPS89 (7#) bran brushing machines 6)19 sets impact loosening machines.

This project adopts technology of 5B, 8M, 2S, 2T, 6P.For 3B and 4B,both coarse and fine skin will be milled.For 6B,only fine skin will be milled. For 1M and 2M,both coarse and fine skin will be milled.This process can produce 1~4 basic flours at the same time, or flexibly adjust the types of flour according to customer requirements;The total flour yield is about 76%. Generally, F1 is 40%, F2 is 20%, F3 is 10%, F4 is 6%, and the ash content of F1 flour is o. 48% or less. In the actual production, the daily processing net wheat is always above 350t.
