Large Capacity Industry Complete Copper Aluminum Radiator Separator
The waste radiator recycling plant is used for crushing scrap radiator to small pieces and separate the copper, aluminum and other waste iron.The separating plant has high recycling efficiency and separating rate( up to 99%). It can process more than 1000kg scrap radiator each hour and no copper lose during the recycling.
Features of Waste radiator recycling plant:
1. This scrap radiator recycling plant is consisted of crusher,
shredder, conveyor, separator and dust collector. First crusher of
the line can also be used for crushing scrap copper wires and other
kind of metals.
2. Normal radiator from air conditioner and car can be processed by
this line, and compressed radiator can be also recycled. No limit
about the radiator size.
3. Output copper pieces and aluminum pieces can be reused. Also the
output piece size can be adjusted as customers' requirement.
4. The whole separating line for radiator is controlled by PLC
controller. Only two workers required to operate the equipment.
5. All of the equipment and spare part are with high quality and

7. The cutter of first crusher use the special tool steel and the

9. The pulse dust collector can prevent the leak of dust and the

Application of Radiator separating plant:
The radiator recycling plant is used for crushing and separating
all kind of air conditioner and car water tank radiator with
aluminum fins. Both straight and compressed radiators can be
processed by this recycle plant.
Main components of Scrap radiator separator:
1. Conveyor:Put radiators on the conveyor and send them to first
crusher.
2. First crusher: This crusher cut the radiator to small pieces
with size of 10-15cm
3. Second shredder: The shredder cut the crushed radiator to final
small pieces.
4. Separator: Copper pellet and aluminum pellet get out of this
vibrating separator.
5. Copper outlet.
6. Aluminum outlet.

Working process of Radiator recycling line:
Put the material (waste radiator, water tank) to the first crusher for the pre-crush and the crushed material conveying by the conveyor to the second grinder. Then to suck out the magnetic material (iron) which on the conveyor via the single roller type magnetic separator for the pre-separation. The material after pre-separation will into the air flow separator for the second separation and separate the copper and aluminum. The whole production line is controlled by negative pressure and equipped with the pulse dust catcher to solve the dust problem. The dust cleaning rate is reach up to 99.9%
