1, Machine clutch

2, Leading edge paper feeding system

7) The planned production quantity can be set. When the plan is
completed, the system automatically instructs to stop feeding and
send a warning signal. The paper feeding unit is equipped with PLC
and 10-inch color touch screen, which displays the phase setting of
printing, slotting and die-cutting, and can set and display the
production quantity to single alarm.
3. Vacuum cleaner
1) Brush dust removal device can remove dust on the surface of the
cardboard and improve the quality of the printing plate.
2) Another vacuum fan is installed to remove the fine dust and
other debris on the cardboard to determine the printing quality of
the cardboard.
4, paper feed roller
1) The upper roller of the paper feed is a rubber roller (φ154mm).
2) The upper roller of the paper feeding adopts a seamless steel
roller to wrap out the wear-resistant rubber and perform dynamic
balance correction, which can play an elastic buffering function to
avoid crushing the cardboard and waste of misuse.
3) The surface of the paper feeding rubber shaft is provided with
grooves to minimize the pressure and avoid the damage of the
corrugated board.
4) The lower roller of the paper feeding adopts the surface knurled
steel roller, hard chrome plated, and the dynamic balance is
corrected to increase the paper feeding friction.
5) The gap of the paper feed roller is manually adjusted, the dial
is displayed, the adjustment range is 1-12mm, and there is a
self-locking device. After the adjustment is completed, it is
automatically locked, and the adjustment is simple and convenient.
Second, the printing department (four colors four groups):
1, Printing roller
1) Printing roller φ465.6 (including plate diameter φ480)
2) Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.

4) Ratchet fixed coil shaft can realize quick change of plate.

7) Printing phase adjustment: Planetary gear structure, the
printing roller is equipped with automatic zero return device, and

plate roll phase adjustment interface. With automatic zero,
automatic version (wiping memory) and preset printing position and
other functions.
8) Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake device, when the
unit is clutched, the brake will automatically lock, keep the
original gear position unchanged, and automatically open after the
machine locks.
9) Wipe the memory function, automatically reset after cleaning the
plate, convenient and fast.
10) The axial adjustment is manual adjustment, and the adjustable

2, Embossing roller

3, Anilox roller

when the printing plate is repeatedly inked and the machine is

4, (1) Rubber roller (can be equipped with metal anilox roller,
ceramic anilox roller assembly)
1) The outer diameter of the rubber roller is φ200mm, which is made
by professional manufacturers.
2) The surface of the steel roller is wrapped with excellent
wear-resistant rubber. The surface of the rubber roller is high in
the middle, which can compensate the force deformation, improve the
ink transfer effect and ensure uniform ink.

6, Paper guide roller

Third, the linear guide groove (optional multi-screw or single screw ESC):
1. Pressure roller
1) The pressure roller is processed by two grinding processes, and
the surface is plated with hard chrome to make the pressure roller

2) The pressure line wheel adopts high quality imported
polyurethane to effectively prevent damage to the cardboard.
3) Manual adjustment of the gap of the pressure roller, the

2, Slotted tool holder traverse adjustment mechanism

3. Slotted phase adjustment mechanism.
