Background objects: When using reflective diffusion projectors and
light receivers, sometimes the detected objects are close to the
background objects, and the photoelectric switch or the background
is smooth and other objects with high reflectivity may prevent the
photoelectric switch from being stably detected. Therefore, it is
possible to use distance-limited projections and light receivers,
or use methods away from the background, remove the background,
paint the background into matte black, or try to make the
background rough and gray.
Self-diagnosis: During installation or use, there may be some
problems such as slight deviation of the optical axis, lens
contamination, dust accumulation, external noise, and ambient
temperature out of range due to the influence of the table or
background and vibration. These problems may cause the
photoelectric switch to deviate from the stable working area. At
this time, the self-diagnosis function of the photoelectric switch
can be used to send a notification through the STABLITY green
stable indicator to remind the user to adjust it in time.
Tabletop influence: When the emitter and receiver are installed
close to the tabletop, part of the light beam reflected by the
tabletop may hit the receiver and cause unstable operation. For
this, the receiver and the projector are separated from the table
by a certain distance and a shading plate is added.
It is strictly forbidden to use chemicals such as thinner to avoid
damage to the plastic mirror. The wiring of the high-voltage line,
power line and photoelectric sensor should not be placed in the
same wiring pipe or wire slot, otherwise it will cause (sometimes)
the malfunction or damage of the photoelectric switch due to
induction, so in principle, separate wiring
